vigorously enforce the do-not-call laws!

Created by A.R. on January 16, 2013

Existing do-not-call laws are not enforced to any significant degree. It is the responsibility of the Executive department, the President, to see to it that federal laws which apply to activities that may cross state lines are enforced.

For the first few years they were in place, do-not-call laws had considerable impact. But in the last couple of years, companies have acted with impunity repeatedly interrupting the privacy of people who have actively placed their phone numbers on the list.

Technology exists to aid enforcement of the do-not-call laws. The President should enforce the law.
