Mr. President, the recently negotiated peace deal with Iran is a historic accomplishment that could lay the foundation to an new and more productive relationship with Iran and an end to decades of strife in the entire region. The Republicans in Congress, however, will oppose anything you do for the sake of opposing anything you do, Since the interest of the United States and the interest of world peace are less important to Congress than defying you, we urge you do reject your own peace deal so they will speedily ratify it, at which time you can continue on your wise course.
