Vigorously Promote the B.R.A.I.N. Initiative

Malfunctioning brains cause people to injure people. Nobody, including the neurological community, understands how the brain works, at the level, for example that quantum field theory is descriptive of what we observe. The B.R.A.I.N. Initiative, and Europe's Human Brain Project are the preeminent efforts to form a comprehensive model of the human brain and its function. From this might follow the true resolution of such issues as psychopathic behavior in the many forms it takes, for examples, criminal behavior, young white male psychopathy, physical abuse, and verbal abuse. Billions might be saved in incarceration costs, productivity loss, and questionable therapies.
