The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people. allowing the people of such states to choose the healthcare that determines their own health. allowing the states that are delegated to licence marriage to determine the specifications of marriage. allowing the states the freedom to determine the educational needs of their respective states. allowing the states to ignore federal mandates and laws not authorised by the Constitution of the United States of America.
