Larry Delassus died in court this past year while defending himself against a negligent Wells Fargo.
Wells Fargo demanded almost $14,000 in property taxes from Larry after mixing up his address by DOUBLING his mortgage to $2,400. Larry was a retiree living on $1,655 a month.
Even after Wells Fargo admitted it had committed an error, it foreclosed on Larry's home, pushing him into a tiny apartment.
They did it while he was in the hospital. They didn't even tell him they were selling his home.
Let's be clear: Wells Fargo is responsible for Larry's death. The stress brought about by Wells Fargo's refusal to care killed Larry.
Their response: Mr. Delassus shouldnt have been at the court hearing and it is unfortunate he was brought there.
BANKS ARE TOO BIG TO CARE. BREAK UP THE BANKS.
