Violation of the First Amendment by City Miami ,Fl

This is petition is important because it establishes the the U.S. Constitution is still in effect nationwide in the U.S. the U.S. Constitution outlines are rights and liberty's it is the founding document that gives the Federal and State governments there Authority without these restrictions created by the american people the government is operating illegally and with impunity in my case i was illegally detained by the City of Miami police officers and the U.S. Secret Service against my will injected with medication and nearly killed prior to due process
