Violation of legal presence in the United States of America.

Any foreign citizen admitted temporary on any visa must not run out of legal presence in the US, it is his direct responsibility. Visa overstay is a disrespect to US and its citizens, is violation of the law. Any foreign citizen must pay 10$ fine for each day spent in the US after his/hers any temporary visa was expired. If voluntary departure occurs after visa was overstayed, no fine must be applied upon departure.10$ fine per day plus interest for overstaying a visa must be paid in case if alien will apply in the future for any visa or try to get married to US citizen and will apply for immigration benefit. No application will be accepted for consideration until overstay fine fee was paid in full.
