Virginia's secession from the USA

We the people of Virginia and or any other persons from a different state or states who chooses to sign this petition reserve the right to seceded from the U.S.A. Virginia will form its own Government. On the behalf to save her rights and liberties. Regardless of the decision from the President of the United States and or the Governor of the State of Virginia, to not be granted secession from the U.S.A.. Virginia will be friendly an non hostile to the U.S.A. and her allies, as long as Virginia is treated in the same manner. We shall continue to accept and use the U.S. currency no matter its form, and be able to create our own form of currency for the growth of our new government. Virginia also retains the right to keep ownership of any and or all resources within her borders.
