Virtual Representation is not adequate for authentication of credentials for public office. It enables voting fraud.

Leaders of High Public Federal Office must authenticate their required credentials, including certificates of live birth (not certifications of birth registration) per terms of the United States Constitution. Courts must give standing to only those applicants to public office who meet this test. These official certified documents or copies must be provided in actual hard copy form, and not provided in any virtual manner as official, as has been done by whitehouse.gov for the current President Elect. The suggestion of voter fraud and other conspiracies was brought forth by competent legal and citizen authorities in the State of Arizona, but to-date the State of Hawai'i is not in compliance with official standards of authentication.
