Whereas it is the Policy of this Administration to Recognize, publicly as well as privately, Growth and Development, both at home and abroad, we feel it necessary to compel President Obama to visit The Peace Garden State to recognize its Growth and Development in the following areas: Job Creation, Economy Development, Taxation, and Representation on behalf of and for the greater good of its fellow North Dakotians.
It is a proven fact that North Dakota is Number 1 because the State and Local Government(s) there have worked to make it so. No state, amongst the fifty, has made more socio economic progress than The Peace Garden State, as such it should be recognized and duly noted by this President in this most kind regard.
