Visitation Rights for Grandparents.

Created by S.F. on March 31, 2012

Here in North Carolina we have no rights as far as being Grandparents,I would like to see that changed. I believe every grandparent should have rights when it come to their grandchildren, I don't feel good about the state taking over custody, when there are grandparents that have already had the kids and the states finds ways to have them removed. I feel a child should be with his or her own kin and not separated if at all possible. The child should not have to live in fear, but to have his or her own to take care of them should something go wrong with the parents.
They must have the automatic right to petition the courts should their rights be denied without good reasoning.
