We are not allowed to vote for Governors, Senators, Congressmen and state propositions in a different state then we are a residence of. People should not be allowed to sign petitions to withdraw from the United States if this person is not a resident of that state. These signatures must be considered invalid and removed from the total signatures on that petition. If this is a lot of effort due the high number of out of state signatures, then void the petition.
