Park curfews have been used shamelessly as an excuse to arrest protesters across the country. While the reason for a curfew is understandable, what is more important is the right to protest and free speech.
If an organized protest is taking place, we the people demand that park curfews be voided for ongoing protests. It is an abuse of a policy that was created for a different reason.
