Voluntarily step down, as the claimant to the position of president has not shown himself to be eligible to be president

Whereas the united States of America was formed by the Constitution for the united States, and whereas one requirement for a person to be elected president of the united States is that the person be a natural born citizen, defined as a person born on U.S. soil to two citizen parents, and whereas the current occupier of the white house has not shown that he is eligible to be president, and whereas the national elections in 2008 and in 2012 were rife with fraud and corruption, and whereas the current occupier of the office of president can be assumed to be a usurper until proven otherwise, we, the people of the united States petition the presumed usurper to voluntarily step down from the office he has usurped, and to openly admit and acknowledge his crimes against the people of America.
