Recent calls for a Muslim registry are alarming, distasteful, and reminiscent of a dark past. All of us should take a stand against bigotry because we believe in a future where opportunity is available to everyone, regardless of their background . I invite my fellow Americans to sign their name in this registry to show their support for Muslims, and for all of the groups that have been persecuted in history.
