Look at how we are handling our welfare money like candy bard for kids to toy with. Well, that stops now! We need to require anyone who are not disabled to volunteer in order to get welfare. In the movie the great debaters, there was a quote: "Welfare doesn't put people to work it prevents them to." Well, here we are looking at our welfare rise.
