Instead of one American citizen winning big on the lottery why not take that exact amount and disperse it amongst a wide range of US citizens?
Let’s hypothesis your states lottery is sixty million, everyone pays their $2.00 ticket for a chance to win & sixty randomized social security #’s are drawn. Those individuals would win one million dollars. Changing the system would be a simple software program that keeps record of all American social security #’s, those that pay for their ticket would be placed into a randomized sequence, where based on the lump sum of cash X amount of social security #’s would be drawn. By doing this you would drive the economy, people could pay off their mortgages, student loans & outstanding debt.
