The United States of America's federal law does not recognize Marijuana to have health benefits, which is quite wrong. Almost half of the 50 States have legalized Medical Marijuana. Being as Federal Law over-rides State Laws, all patients, caregivers, and doctors are risking their lives to use, give, and prescribe the medicine they know that works.
Making sick people risk their freedom for medicine to help them have a better quality of life is not right and should be voted upon.
