Whoever study or work harder should get return, because they work for it. People who have power can not point or give percentage to certain of race to let them enter into
university, that is not fair. People has different talents
and will show in different fields, we don't have to restrict
them, some are good at study, some are good at athletics,
and some are good show, so use students good side, that
is the shinning part of the U.S.
