We The People are in agreement that The 22nd Amendment infringes upon our 1st Amendment right: FREEDOM OF CHOICE.
The 22nd Amendment places an eight year "LIMIT" on our 1st Amendment right to re-elect The President of "OUR" choice.
Not only does this Amendment deprive and "LIMIT" The American People,it also deprives The President's 1st Amendment right to choose continued service.
It doesn't matter if a President is elected two terms or ten terms.What "DOES" matter is the reinstatement of 'We The People' to make that choice.
Finally.Under our 6th Amendment right.The Person of this Petition,The 1st Amendment(Providing) vs The 22nd Amendment(Depriving),'We The People demand a "speedy and public trial".
