The Congressional increase in Republican seats brought about by the recent election and previous elections, mandates that this approach be followed. Congress is the body whose purpose is to determine, fullfill, and enforce the budget as provided in the constitution. President Obama should honor the constitution and Congress by bargaining in good faith and stop bullying everyone who does not agree with him.
