Vote Retention After Election and the Ability to Withdraw One's Vote Based on the Actions of the Elected Official

Voters would be able to retain their vote after the election is over. Voters would have the opportunity to withdraw or change their vote based on the actions of the elected officials during their term in office. Ideally, this would be an online service provided by the government. This would allow voters to keep a chip in the game after the election and would require officials to follow through with their election promises and it would discourage non-popular governmental decisions. It would also allow more accurate approval ratings of elected officials.
