Vote to set Congressional term limits and replace Current Congress

we the people ask that we set term limits to congress members, set non performance standards to remove them, and remove current congress members and replace with new fresh members. for too long congress votes for pay raises and medical deals for themselves, but fails to meet deadlines for the American People. the American people are suffering while members of Congress are playing house. we need our system of checks and balances reworked.
