Voter Campaign Finance Reform - 28th Amendment: Only those who may vote in an election, may contribute in an election.

CampaignFinanceReform.us was formed in response to Supreme Court's Citizens United & is committed to powerful campaign finance reform limiting campaign contributions in all federal, state and local elections to those who may vote in the same election.
We are asking President Obama to propose to Congress an amendment to the Constitution of the United States, which shall be valid as part of the Constitution when ratified by the legislatures of three-fourths of the several States:
1. Campaign Contributions may only be made by the electorate in any federal, state or local election.
2. Congress and the several States shall have the power to enforce, by appropriate legislation, the provisions of this article.
3. This amendment shall take effect one year after the date of ratification.
