Pass legislation that permanently revokes a person's right to vote if they are convicted of committing voter fraud to include - falsely registering individuals not legally eligble to vote, registering to vote in more than one state or voting district, voting using somone else's identity, completing a voter registration form on behalf on someone who is deceased or not competent to vote, etc.
