The electoral college laws allow for a group of 538 assigned people to ignore the collective decision of the millions of Americans who vote.
Such is the rationale for why the Presidential candidate who received the most votes in the recent election was not determined to be the President-elect.
Thus, to uphold Our Democracy & Constitution, and re-enfranchise the voting majority, whose right to vote was stripped by states' electoral college stipulations, let it be enacted by the President of the United States, to be made effective immediately and take effect retroactively, through Executive Order, that laws which allow for the Majority to be ignored shall be Changed, and that whoever received the most citizens' votes 11/8 shall be officially determined President-elect of the United States.
