A voter reform measure, which would raise the minimum age to vote, to 25 years old. Exceptions to this minimum age requirement would be : A minimum of 4 years of work experience, with income taxes being paid. Entry into any branch of our Armed Services. A minimum 98% attendance rate, combined with a 4.0 GPA carried through a students' last 3 years of High School
