Due to Identifying documents released, we need to find out how many people were not allowed or able to vote due to documentation issues, and those peoples' votes need to be counted for the 2016 Presidential Election.
We should also consider voting the Presidency as a vote of the Popular Opinion of the Populace, not a vote of state hierarchies, as the Presidency is a Federal Power.
