Development of online programming available to everyone that can be used not only for voting in elections, but on major and local issues. This would include a requirement for the representative for each district being required to vote on major issues in a way that the people of his/her district want them to. It should also have the capability for the people of each district to have the power if issuing pay increases to the Representative office. This would create a pay for performance clause and reduce the damaging effects of the two party system. Security for accessing individual voter accounts could be based on what the Treasury Dept already has for bond issues. The cards can be delivered with Driver's Licenses/State IDs. I know there are people that could write this, more jobs.
