This is not a petition for the Obama Administration, per se; however, it is a petition for all voters.
The Declaration of Independence states "...That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends (Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness), it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government..."
The U. S. House and Senate have proved time and again that they cannot and will not work together for the common good of the country. It is now time to systematically replace our lawmakers by not reelecting them. Every two years we should do likewise until we elect a House and Senate that will put the country first rather than partisan politics, their personal agendas, and protecting their own little fiefdoms.
