Voting and Contribution Act This Act allows only US Citizens to vote and/or contribute to all governmental elections.

Only US Citizens may vote and/or contribute to political campaigns of candidates and petitions to effect or propose laws. No contribution may be anonymous, except for cash contributions of $10 or less.Cash contributions would be required to be deposited the next business day by the campaign. Check donations would be unlimited, but the donor would be required to attest that the donation is their personal money. Financial institutions receiving campaign deposits would report the amount and the donor's name within one day of receipt to the election jurisdiction for the campaign which would post electronically a list on a web site for that purpose available immediately. Political parties may receive contributions only from citizens with amounts and donor names on a web site.
