We vote on the first Tuesday that follows the first Monday in November. Many people cannot afford a day from work to wait in lines. Puerto Rico has the highest number of votes per person than any state in the USA. Puerto Rico also has Election Day as a holiday. We should make Election Day a national holiday to ensure higher number of votes.
