The United States of America needs to abolish the Electoral college. This policy allows for elected delegates to vote independent from the popular vote of their respective state; which in turn, has caused a five percent error, where the Electoral College voted against the US populations' vote. The way it is set up, the Electoral College; unevenly distributes power in states forcing presidential candidates to campaign in select states where the college's voting power is the strongest. Multiple voting system should be in place because it allows more power with the american people's vote. Having a prioritized vote discerns the candidate who is the most popular better than the single vote system that we have in place.
