I propose the following amendment to the United States Constitution:
"Using unlawful means to prevent a citizen from voting, or to vote more than once per election, or to tamper with the honest and accurate counting of votes, shall constitute high treason against the United States of America."
This would seriously clamp down on both voter suppression AND voter fraud, thus appealing to both Democrats and Republicans. Also, it makes it a tad risky to kidnap people in late October and early November.
