Effective imediately, Congress and Senate take a 10% pay cost, and contribute 20% of thier earning to thier own pention. Also with this petition, any Congressman or Sentor, who is not using their living allowances for a place to live, and are using their offices as a place to live, must return all living allowances back to the treasury.
