Wait to take action in Syria until the United Nations creates a UN Peacekeeping force.

In the build-up to the 2003 Iraq War, then-President George Bush attempted and failed to get UN support for invading Iraq. The United States then formed a "coalition of the willing" to invade Iraq without UN support. We petition Barack Obama to not do what the US previously did, and wait until the UN forms a Peacekeeping force, and then -- and only then -- enter Syria as part of the Peacekeeping force.
