Waive federal and state high stakes testing for the 2013 - 2014 school year to prepare for Common Core Testing.

We would like the Obama administration to waive mandated state testing, tied to federal money,for the 2013/14 school year as states prepare to transition into the new Common Core Testing. Allowing this preparation will allow students and teachers to transition classroom habits and curriculum in order for the first year of testing to be a true look at education levels.
