Waive Student Loans owed by person(s) that have become Foster Parents for the benefits of neglected and abused children

Created by T.H. on October 25, 2014

All foster parents that have become licensed and have children placed in their care that have an outstanding balance for student loans not yet paid or paid in full. These should be waived and resolved. Since the person is not working and is in a "unemployed" status, then they are not earning income, except what is paid to them for the benefit and support of abused and neglected, children waiting adopting or some-other form of permanency. One income family such as our self find it difficult to manage to include the debt of the student loan of mine (wife.) I have had to quit work and become a full time mother - not only to my grandchildren (that we adopted due to neglect and drug use of their parents), but to other children as well with similar lives.
