Waive Tanner Glass the worst player in the NHL, namesake of the famous Glass to Crosby scale, from the New York Rangers.

For keeping young promising players with far greater upside from playing; for killing our fourth line effectiveness, and bleeding shots against like a human sieve; for being generally bad at hockey, and propagating the myth that fighting is useful at all in winning hockey games; for also propagating the myth that inserting his "element," whatever that may actually mean, into the New York Ranger line-up will somehow deter the opposition from doing anything at all. We the people of the US both foreign and domestic, although primary from New York City, respectfully request the Administrative Branch of the Federal government to intervene on our behalf and demand that Tanner Glass be waived, according to the by laws of the Nation Hockey League, herewith from New York Rangers immediately.
