Immediate family members of American Citizens that are still in Mexico because of the 10 Years Bans, have the rights to appeal for a waiver. Same rights as the people who live here in the USA and get benefits with the new law that got approved on March 2013. You need to think if people have a clean criminal record, it is enough to be able to appeal for a waiver. 10 Years with parents apart each other, far from home, from sons, from dreams, from hopes, just because they make a mistake to enter this country illegally. But I am an American Citizen that have the rights to be happy living here with my whole family. I do not want to go live in Mexico, because is too dangerous for me and my sons. Please think if you were apart from your family just because you made a mistake.
