Disabled Veteran,

My name is James V Courtney. Served 3 tours. Now I'm a Disabled Veteran with life long PTSD, TBI, MD and Lumbar Degenerative Disc Disease and other things.

Waivers for USCIS, 212(a)(6)(C)(ii) The kiss of death? They gave it to her wrongfully 4/18/99! The transcript from DHS. First half says, she said Mexican citizen and born in Mexico.

Several hours at Bridge of Americas, El Paso,Tx.
They did not let her utilize a phone as requested to get a lawyer or a relative in El Paso, instead they laughed at her. Many hours pass they said sign this and go without any explanation of what just happened, She signed it. She never said USC. She said "American" and thought she was since age 14.

She has lived in USA since 1992, now is 35. We have 3 USC boys, married since 2001.
