BEFORE ANY Member of Congress places a bill for consideration dealing with 'entitlements', minimum wages, or Earned Benefits (i.e. Social Security); the member(s) would be required to forgo salary/benefits for a period of 2 months. During this time period, the member(s) is required to do the following, with their immediate family: receive salary in the amount of average Soc Sec given to those living in member's District for one month, On the second month, the amount would change to that of minimum wage. The member(s) and immediate family would be required to reside in their District, w/o benefit of food stamps or other government programs, in whatever available residence afforded them on Soc Sec or minimum wage.
