Hello Mr. President,
1) Hire a "czar" with 8 person committee to implement recovery strategy without the congress (which has the lowest rating since our independence)
2) Lower the corporate tax rate to 10% forever, no exception, that will bring back millions of jobs and greatly increase the tax revenue stream
3) Give a 2 year tax reprieve to all companies that move back to the United States. that will help relocation cost
4) Offer the same tax incentives to all foreign companies that want to move to the United States because we are smart people. That will create jobs
5) Stop sending OUR money to countries that hate us. That will compensate for lost tax revenue
