All i'm asking for is to have a flexible payment that i can afford to keep my family in my home because the banks are not being helpful with the modifications. I know tons of people that have been declined a modifications. Instead of the our goverment giving (lending) money to the banks and do nothing (only the banks know what they use it for) the goverment should give the funds to the banks for partial pay or to give us a payment of what the home is worth. For those of us that borrow the funds we cannot refinance or sale the property (for example it cannot be sold or refinance for 15 years) and if we were to refinance or sale the property we must pay what was borrowed. If the goverment was to do something like this we would all have a better life and economy would get better too.
