Want to make the Graduation requirements of the Washington State High School for the Class of 2015 exclude all E.O.C.'s.

The Class before the Class of 2015 don't have to pass the E.O.C.'s to graduate but this class does. It is Unjust and wrong to simply change the graduation requirements to make it harder for each class.
