want the right to have a citizens bill, to give the power to the people, to protect ourselves from unjust government.

We the people want our power back by making a citizens bill or citizens act, this is to protect the USA and other countries from evil and corrupt people, we want the power to make politicians responsible for there actions, the government can not be the only entity in writing bills or laws.
When politicians or political parties fail to honor their obligations to the citizens, the only resource the people have at the current time is to revolt.
With the citizens bill, would give citizens of the United states the same status as stockholders for a corporation.
If the citizens feel that the government is not going in the direction we desire, we would have the right to act threw voting to remove a bill or law that is detrimental to the people, or anyone acting against the constitution.
