Is there any way all Georgia Jails can let all nonviolent offenders out of jail. Use all the money the state saves to build manufacturing plants. If any one gets a DUi ,or any nonviolent crime charges, Make them work for free on weekends . Well to many DUI charges are dangerous, house arrest with a arm band that shocks if you leave your area.Dont spend so much tax payers money to house people.Build plants that make shoes are hair dryers. No more probation .Take there tax refunds.There is a reason we don't have debtors prison anymore .You don't lock your kids in their room for months without seeing the light of day , because you find a cigarette in there room.We call it child abuse don't we. Jail should be for killers and rapes and volatile people only
