Wouldn't it be interesting if, for one year, we were to convert all possible available military genius, manpower, time and focus to alleviating suffering through out the globe; providing health care, shelter, food, clothing and basic needs to all we could for the same cost. Then evaluate the effectiveness of that compared to current use of these valuable resources.
