Warn the Chinese government that each cyber attack against American Interests will void 15% of U.S. debt owed to China

Cyber attacks against U.S. government agencies and companies, by the Chinese government, cost the U.S. economy millions of dollars and jobs every year. This petition is to warn the Chinese government that any further cyber attacks against U.S. companies and agencies that can be traced back to any person(s) operating on the behalf of the Chinese government and or military will absolve 15% of all U.S. debt owed to the Chinese government per incident.
