Today the federal government stripped the trademark rights of the Washington Redskins. The reasoning is that the name is offensive and does not deserve copyright protection.
If this is allowed to stand there is nothing stopping the federal government from taking away the rights of every American citizen. Please sign this petition and demand that freedom be restored.
